Quality starts with our team
The scope of our Quality Management System at LUX Manufacturing encompasses all employees and processes at our facility located at 151 San Lazaro Avenue, Sunnyvale, California. Our Quality Management System has been developed and implemented to comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards, excluding clause 7.3 Design and Development, as our customers handle product design and development while we serve as their dedicated manufacturing partner.
Our Quality Management System is designed to:
- Consistently deliver products that meet customer requirements as well as all applicable statutory and regulatory standards.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement.
At LUX Manufacturing, we have over 100 combined years of experience in machining parts. We train our employees in safety, ISO 9001 quality awareness, and the policies and procedures of the company. Additionally, we encourage and pay for our employees to take courses related to machining.

We are proud to announce that as of February 2, 2018, TUV Rheinland of North America, Inc. has certified LUX Manufacturing, Inc. according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. LUX Manufacturing is certified to have established and applies a quality management system for precision machining products for the Aerospace, Medical, and Semiconductor industries.
